Tump Cottage is a delightful stone cottage attached to the owner's home situated near the village of Penallt and the town of Monmouth. The cottage can sleep two people in one en-suite twin bedroom, as well as an open plan living area with a kitchen, dining area and sitting area. To the outside of the cottage is off road parking for two cars, a gravelled area with furniture and use of lawned areas. Tump Cottage is located in fabulous countryside and yet close to interesting towns.
Accommodation
Oil central heating with electric fire. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine, TV with Freeview, DVD, CD, selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off road parking for 2 cars. Front gravelled garden with furniture and shared use of lawned areas with brook down the driveway. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub 1 mile. Note: No children. Note: Alpacas in field next to property. |
